We ask that you send us a video of your space before the consultation so our designers are able to see your space fully.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your consultation. If you cancel within this time-frame, we will be happy to either refund your fee or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations or refusals without notice in this time-frame cannot be accommodated for a refund.

- A clear 360 degree walkthrough of the space, indicating where you would like the plants
- Showing light conditions at all window areas (or outdoor areas), and also letting us know what direction your space is facing as well as any obstructions to lighting.
